This a book designed for someone who knows nothing about CFD. I want to compare this book to "Half the Sky" and in that case, it has some of the same themes, but nowhere near the amount of personal narrative and sheer information that comes from "Half the Sky.". Sherman and Craig capture them all in this substantial volume.
Most writing about virtual reality involves summarizing and interpreting interviews and demos, with massive doses of the speculative and the spectacular, and lots of historical fuzziness.
