Since the age of four, Haley Whitehall always wanted to be a writer. She went to Central Washington University and majored in her other favorite subject: history. It is much clearer than that. The "interview" portions between Yee and Zolotow are totally unnecessary, if not outright annoying; it's more like a schmooze session between "student" and "master". This was when I started to suspect the authors' credibility in relation to describing their methodology as quantitative.
As stated above the middle chapters contain some useful tools and tips in relation to decision making but I do not think these chapters justify the purchase of the book.
The final chapters about embedding the decision making principles in an organization are comprised mostly of generalisations about change management and good organizational behaviour that one finds in any book on organizational development.
