I simply did not find the book fun to read which I feel is critical to review. I did enjoy reading this, but part of the mystery was given away by reading the acknowledgments (so beware of that! These acknowledgments are placed at the end for a reason - and you will spoil part of the story if you skip to them!). Why? You can collect your own swipe file for free by just saving your "junk" mail.
I analyzed a lot of the copywriting and established that Harlan Kilstein isn't really that great. Meaning that he can and cannot see at the same time, since his way of seeing or visualizing the future is completely wrong. While reading Anywhere but Here, I chuckled, I groaned, and I shook my head and wanted to knock sense into Cole. This ONE man was so…jeez, incredible…the Navy high command sought him out and put exclusive responsibility for the formation of a new combat force in his very capable hands, as well as determining all th
