Laura Morgan Roberts is an assistant professor of organizational behavior at the Harvard Business School. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia (BA, Psychology) and the University of Michigan (MA and Ph.D., Organizational Psychology). Laura's research program examines positive identity processes in diverse organizational settings. She speaks to the role that leadership plays in creating work contexts where employees can engage authentically and contribute from a position of strength. She also investigates how employees of diverse professional and cultural backgrounds leverage their identities as strengths that create value, build connections, and foster personal fulfillment.

Jane E. Dutton is the Robert L Kahn Distinguished University Professor of Business Administration and Psychology at the University of Michigan. She is currently the co-director of the Center of Positive Organizational Scholarship at the Ross School of Business

I have a room filled with cookbooks, why would anyone want to carry a book filled with recipes when shopping for their weekly grocery list that is based on the menu plan? May I suggest those preferring more recipe pages just reference the cookbook and page number for each item on their weekly menu plan? For my purposes this book is exactly what I need. Because of his books, I feel that I am a more rounded guitar player with the full understanding of what I am doing theoretically and in practice.

I highly recommend Desi Serna's books as well as his videos that correspond to each book.. This was a wonderful surprise, a resource used by every extreme couponer I know. I received this book shortly after it was published. Very informative. Again, this book is an excellent primer and is absolutely unambiguous in style and approach; it's a very readable text.. Quizzes and a final 50 question test for checking your understanding is also included.. In the first, "Looking" (Pages 3-52)
